Windows History - Vista and 7

Windows Vista and Windows 7 were the first operating systems to have the following: User Action Controls (UAC) and Windows Parental Controls (WPC). This is due to the fact that people do not want their kids doing stuff, for example, such as downloading and installing an executable that contains a virus that will not allow the computer to boot. This type of stuff makes kids angry, not only that, but it may make kids not want to use computers because they are being restricted in their computer usage.
